The OAS Development Awards is the only event in our industry judged and awarded by agents and property experts who recognises excellence in office development, sustainability and transactions across the wider UK, City of London & West End markets.

It is free to enter, all you need to do is complete the entry form which will inform the judges of the property or deal you would like to bring to our attention.

The awards presented are in 10 categories that are open to Developments and Deals throughout the UK. You can enter as an agent, developer, architect or owner, in as many categories as you wish.

The Awards will be presented at a Lunch Ceremony on Friday 14th June 2019 at The Pavilion in the Tower of London.

The qualifying entry period for Deals and Developments are those that completed between 1 January 2018 - 31 December 2018.

Speculative schemes will be judged on their architectural qualities, flexibility and attractiveness to institutions: bespoke developments will be judged on their design and how well they meet specific occupier requirements on a pre-let or forward-sale basis.
