Henry is in the third year of leading the organisation committee of the OAS Development Awards. In his working life he provides agency disposal advice in the south east with a focus on the west London and the Thames Valley markets.
Nick joined CEG in 2005 and is currently overseeing the design development of over one million sq ft of workspace, in a series of projects in London and at key regional hubs. He is responsible for Revolution, Ealing, where CEG are looking to deliver the UK’s first developer initiated intelligent office building and CEG Southbank in Leeds where a planning permission for a mixed use scheme of 1.3m sq ft has recently been secured.
Glyn is Director at Scott Brownrigg’s London head office, and forms a key part of the practice’s leadership team. Over his 20 years of service with the Practice, Glyn has nurtured a range of projects, including offices, education, industrial facilities, residential, hotels, leisure and retail developments with considerable experience from design through to completion.
James joined LaSalle in 2005 as an asset manager and is a Director in the Business Space team where he has been involved in developments such as Strata, Staines and Bourne Business Park, Weybridge, the latter winning a Regional BCO Award this year. James also sits on LaSalle’s European Sustainability Taskforce identifying opportunities and risks resulting from environmental and social factors and embedding policies across portfolios.
Chris has worked with Telefónica in various roles since 2001. Highlights include negotiating the terms for the Vodafone/O2 network sharing contract and also the disposal of the contact centre estate to Capita in 2013.
He currently oversees Estates Management, Development and Space Management for the UK office and technical estate, supports the Telefónica Global team in the UK and provides consultancy services for Tesco Mobile, Giff Gaff and Wayra. He is particularly focussed on new ways of working.
Stuart Lawson is a Director in Savills’ City Leasing Team, with over 20 years’ experience of development consultancy and leasing. He is the current Chairman of the City Agents Club.
Neal has over 28 years’ experience in the commercial property market spanning development, investment and leasing and is Head of Development for Skanska’s UK commercial development business.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the Central London office market, Nick leads TH Real Estate’s activities across the central London office markets. Nick has been involved with a number of high-profile London transactions and projects, including 40 Leadenhall Street and King’s Cross Central. He is also co-Fund Manager of the Central London Office Fund.
Katie has over 15 years of experience of the Central London Office Market and prior to joining Canary Wharf Group was a Director in CB Richard Ellis’s City Leasing Team.
J-J co-founded Morrow + Lorraine Architects in 2009. J-J started his career in practice working in the Hong Kong office of Arquitectonica, going on to work at Foster and Partners, Paxton Locher Architects and MacCormac Jamieson Pritchard. He has extensive experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams, steering complex briefing and stakeholder engagement through the initial stages of projects and takes a leadership role on design strategy, overseeing bids, feasibility studies and planning applications.
Freddie provides strategic agency and development advice to both Landlords and Developers and has significant experience with office buildings and developments within London’s West End. Freddie also has in-depth experience of corporate occupier demands and has an established record in tenant representation.
A specialist in the West End market, Alice advises institutional and private landlords on refurbishment opportunities, marketing strategies and leasing policy to protect and enhance the value of their properties. She is also well versed in current occupier needs and advises occupiers on their office acquisition strategy and delivery. Committee member of the West End Office Agents Society.
Over the last 6 years, AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets have overseen over 1m sqft of mixed use commercial development in the UK, winning several industry awards including the ULI global award for excellence. Prior to AXA, Harry was the Investment Director of Allied London working across a number of investment and development projects.
Matt is the co-founder of Hale Brown Architects, working across all sectors, but focused mainly on commercial and residential. Hale Brown have built up a portfolio of successful projects for a number of large investment managers and real estate groups in London and this year had 2no. Commercial refurbishment projects shortlisted for the BCO awards.
Reef Estates are a private property development and investment company focused on urban regeneration, asset value enhancement and delivering quality, innovative developments. Peter works as a Development Director leading various development projects. Prior to joining Reef Estates, Peter spent 10 years at M&G Real Estate working across all Funds.
