Cameron is in his first year of leading the organisation committee of the OAS Development Awards. In his working life he provides agency disposal and acquisition advice to both landlords and tenants in the south east, with a focus on the West London and the Thames Valley markets.
Glyn is Group Director at Scott Brownrigg’s London head office, and forms a key part of the practice’s leadership team. Over his 20 years of service with the Practice, Glyn has nurtured a range of projects, including offices, education, industrial facilities, residential, hotels, leisure and retail developments with considerable experience from design through to completion.
William started his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2004 and worked in West End Leasing, Valuation and Global Corporate Services teams. William joined XLB in 2011, a property company specialising Asset and Development management in the business space sector, where he is now an Equity Partner. Clients include: Harbert Management Corporation, Aimco, Moorfield Group, Frasers Property, Patrizia & Benson Elliot.
Chris has worked with Telefónica in various roles since 2001. Highlights include negotiating the terms for the Vodafone/O2 network sharing contract and also the disposal of the contact centre estate to Capita in 2013. He currently oversees Estates Management, Development and Space Management for the UK office and technical estate, supports the Telefónica Global team in the UK and provides consultancy services for Tesco Mobile, Giff Gaff and Wayra. He is particularly focussed on new ways of working.
Rob has seven experience as a commercial office agent advising landlords and occupiers within the Thames Valley and West London markets. Prior to joining Savills in June 2015 Rob worked for a local agency firm based in Reading.
Duncan has 14 years of commercial property experience and specialises in office and industrial refurbishments, development and leasing. An asset management director at Clearbell Capital LLP, Duncan works on the acquisition due diligence and business plan underwriting of a potential investment through to delivering the refurbishment/development strategy, leasing campaign and ultimately disposal.
Stuart Lawson is a Director in Savills’ City Leasing Team, with over 20 years’ experience of development consultancy and leasing. He is the current Chairman of the City Agents Club.
Adam has 17 years of experience in the UK property market. He is responsible for the Asset Management of DWS’s Central London office portfolio which totals in excess of 2.7 million square feet across 14 assets. These properties are managed on behalf of DWS’s funds and segregated clients.
Neal has over 29 years’ experience in the commercial property market spanning development, investment and leasing and is Head of Development for Skanska’s UK commercial development business.
Morrow + Lorraine Architects’ work is defined by an understated yet sophisticated approach: their inventiveness, judgement and tactical awareness appeals to clients who seek boldness, ingenuity and imagination without sacrificing the practical demands of cost, deadline and delivery.
Jason is an expert in the City market and has worked in the City for over 6 years. Jason provides strategic advice to institutional and private landlords on the refurbishment, repositioning and leasing of their office assets. Jason is also a member of the City Agents Club committee.
Alex provides strategic agency and development advice to both Landlords and Developers, and has significant experience with the leasing campaigns of a wide range of high profile office buildings and developments within Central London, with a specific focus on the West End.
Ed is a Partner specialising in Central London office agency and has a client base which includes some of the major landlords and developers in Central London. Ed is a well-respected individual both internally at C&W sitting on a number of Key Client Programmes and externally acting as Chairman of the West End Office Agent Society (2019) and as a judge at the Office Agent Society Awards (2019).
Before moving into C&W’s London Markets team in 2013, Ed worked in the West End Leasing team at Strutt & Parker (joining as a Graduate in 2008) where he worked on various high profile office leasing campaigns such as Devonshire House, W1 (WELPUT) and 48 Dover Street, W1 (RLAM) as well as advising PRS for Music on their 60,000 sq ft relocation from Fitzrovia to Kings Cross.
Maxwell founded YardNine with Campbell MacDougall having worked with him for over 12 years at Exemplar Properties. Throughout his career Maxwell has focused on complex urban development projects seeking to challenge the norm to deliver exceptional real estate. Maxwell has completed numerous developments in Central London with highlights including the London Fruit & Wool Exchange in Spitalfields and two developments on Regent Street with The Crown Estate. Current projects include EightyFen in the City and 50 Eastbourne Terrace in Paddington.
Isabel Sheppard joined Aviva Investors as an Asset Manager in 2016. Isabel has 7 years experience in the Central London market previously working in Tenant Representation at Cushman and Wakefield. Isabel uses her detailed knowledge of the market to manage a variety of different assets through the lifecycle maximising value through repositioning projects and leasing transactions.
John is a Director and Trustee of Orms Architects. The 75 strong practice works with investors and occupiers across a range of sectors including office, hotel, retail and music venues. In the next 18 months Orms will deliver Outernet St Giles, 76 Oxford Street, Wells House and the refurbishment of Camden Town Hall Annex into a Hotel. John writes for a range of trade magazines, contributes to industry conferences and is vice chair of RIBA North London Architects Group.
Victoria is the Owner and Founder for Victoria Interior Consulting (VIC) Ltd which was established in 2018. She has over 12 years in the Occupier sector with previous roles at CBRE and SoVibrant (a Multi-Disciplined design company). She has now tailored her business service offering to fuse Workplace Strategy, Interior Design and Brand experience in the Occupier sector and is well educated in Occupier needs, trends and amenities to make their workplaces a success.
